Terms of Service

[Chairly] ("we", "us"), operated by [Johnny Medhane], provides online booking software for barbershops. Each barbershop on the platform is an independent business.

When you book an appointment, the agreement for the haircut or any other service is between you and the barbershop. We provide the booking tool only and are not a party to that agreement.

To book you need an account. You agree to give accurate details (such as your name and phone number) and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One customer account works across all barbershops on the platform.

Availability, prices, durations and cancellation rules are set by each barbershop. We do not guarantee that a time slot will be available or that a barbershop will honour a booking.

Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend, so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Prices and plans are shown on our website. Plans are billed per shop for the period you choose, plus a one-time setup fee. We do not take a commission on your bookings. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT where applicable.

You are responsible for the content you publish (services, prices, photos, opening hours) and for your relationship with your own customers, including handling their personal data lawfully.

You agree not to:

• make false or fraudulent bookings, or book in bulk to block slots
• try to access other users' data or accounts
• interfere with or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security
• use the service for anything unlawful

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of major changes that affect paying shops.

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Shop owners can end their plan under the terms they agreed when subscribing; fees already paid for a period are not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for missed or cancelled appointments, or for the quality of services provided by a barbershop. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of [Tel Aviv] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
